Negotiations on a free trade agreement (FTA) with the European Union (EU) are nearing to a close. Today marks the end of two days of talks, the eighth of their kind, and it is said the two sides are pushing to conclude in early April. However, there is a lot that is wrong with the way the negotiations have gone and in the items that have been negotiated, and by the looks of it, the fallout could be far greater than it has been with the KOR-US (Korea, United States) FTA.
한-EU FTA, 협상 내용 공개해 검증받으라
한국-유럽연합(EU) 자유무역협정(FTA) 협상이 막바지로 치닫고 있다. 어제와 오늘 이틀간 열리는 8차 협상을 끝으로 전체 협상을 마무리하고 4월 초 최종 타결할 예정이라고 한다. 하지만 협상 진행 방식이나 협상 내용 등에 문제가 많아, 이대로 타결되면 그 충격은 한-미 에프티에이에 못지않을 것으로 보인다.
