The “major shareholders (creditors) independent agreement,” a restructuring program for construction companies, is becoming incoherent. The deadline for joining was the November 18 but that was done away with, and the condition that companies be in the top 100 in terms of orders was also relaxed. Construction company restructuring should have begun already, and it’s gotten nowhere.
건설사 구조조정 머뭇거릴 때 아니다
건설회사에 대한 구조조정 프로그램인 ‘대주단(채권단) 자율협약’이 갈팡질팡하고 있다. 엊그제로 잡았던 대주단 협약 가입신청의 마감 시한은 아예 없애고, 도급순위 100대 건설사로 했던 자격 조건도 풀었다. 이번주 시작됐어야 할 건설사 구조조정이 한발짝도 나가지 못한 것이다.
