Last year Jeju regional headquarters of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation(NACF) saw its corporate loan growth rate exceed that of household loan. According to Hyun Hong-Dae, the manager at Jeju headquarters, as of last year, corporate borrowing increased 41.6 billion won, up 8.3 percent year-on-year to 510.7 billion won, while household loan increased only by 0.2%. Corporate loan has grown from 469.1 billion won at the end of 2005 to 510.7 billion won at the end of 2006, up by 41.6 billion won, showing the growth rate of 8.7%.
농협, 중기 대출 전년보다 8.9% 성장
농협제주본부의 기업자금대출 성장율이 가계자금 성장율을 크게 초과한 것으로 나타났다. 농협제주본부(본부장 현홍대)에 따르면 지난 2006년말 기준 중소기업대출 잔액은 5107억원으로 전년대비 416억원 증가한 8.9% 성장했다. 가계자금대출은 0.2%성장 하는데 그쳐 중소기업 대출성장률이 가계부문을 크게 앞섰다. 기업자금대출의 경우 2005년말 4691억원에서 2006년말 5107억원으로 416억원 증가, 8.9% 성장률을 보였다.
