Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has confirmed its spending plan for next year - 2.3131 trillion won. Jeju submitted the budget bill for 2007 to the provincial assembly for deliberation. The general account budget request reached 1.8532 trillion won and the special account figure was 569.9 billion won, up by 239.6 billion won(11.6%) from this year's budget. The bill includes budgets for four counties that are now integrated and eight special administrative agencies(including community police) that are now absorbed in national agency.
내년 道예산 2조3131억 규모
내년 제주도 예산이 2조3131억원으로 짜여졌다. 제주도는 일반회계 1조8532억원과 특별회계 4599억원 등 올해 제주도와 종전 4개 시·군의 예산을 합산한 규모 보다 2396억원(11.6%) 증가한 2007년도 예산안을 15일 제주도의회에 제출했다. 내년 도예산은 올 7월 특별자치도가 출범하면서 통합된 4개 시·군과 국가기관으로 흡수된 8개 지방특별행정기관(자치경찰 포함) 예산이 포함된 것이다.
