Jeju will express its position on building a new naval base in its island in around November of this year. The task force is expected to establish the advisory panel by August 15, and listen to pros and cons from both the interest parties and relevant government agencies next month. It also plans to do detailed research in various fields by October and then wrap up its assessment and submit the result to the advisory panel in November.
해군기지 로드맵 확정
제주 해군기지 설립에 대한 제주도의 입장이 11월 중 윤곽을 드러낼 것으로 보인다.
T/F팀은 우선 오는 15일까지 자문위원회를 구성하는 한편 내달중 해군기지 찬성 및 반대측의 이해당사자와 관계기관의 의견을 청취하기로 했다.
T/F팀은 이어 10월말까지 분야별 세부 연구분석과 함께 보고회와 토론회 및 도민의견 조사를 11월말까지 마무리해 최종 결과를 자문위원회에 제출할 계획이다.
