With the government pursuing stronger real estate policy to curb housing price gains, apartment prices in Jeju virtually seem to remain at a standstill. Survey conducted by ‘Real Estate Serve’, a well-rounded real estate firm, showed that apartment prices in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province since April increased by about 5%. In the meanwhile, those in regional cities increased only by 2%, further widening the increase rate gap between Seoul and countryside. According to this survey, apartment prices increased 0.3% in Jeju, the highest 5.8% in Gyeonggi Province, and 5.2% in Seoul .
제주 아파트값 '제자리'
정부가 집값 안정을 위해 강도 높은 부동산정책을 추진하고 있는 가운데 제주지역 아파트 가격은 사실상 제자리걸음을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.종합부동산회사인 ‘부동산써브’가 4월 이후 전국의 아파트 값 상승률을 분석한 결과 서울과 경기도는 5%가량 상승했다.반면 지방은2% 정도에 그쳐 서울과 지방의 집값 상승률 차이가 컸다.
이번 조사에서 제주지역은 아파트 상승률이 0.3%를 기록, 사실상 제자리 걸음을 하고 있는 것으로 드러났다.경기도의 경우 5.8% 올라 가장 높은 상승률을 기록했고 서울도 5.2% 상승했다.
