Hyun Myeong-kwan who is ex-chief of Samsung Corp, the trading arm of Samsung Group, was finalized as the main opposition Grand National Party’s candidate in gubernatorial positions, making the May gubernatorial election a contest between four candidates. Accordingly, the ruling-opposition and independent Candidates started to election strategies targeting rival candidates.
한나라 이어 열린우리당 20일 후보 결정
한나라당이 12일 지사후보 선출에 따른 경선을 실시, 현명관 전 삼성물산 회장을 지사후보로 확정함에 따라 5.31제주도지사 선거전 출마자가 4자 구도로 굳어졌다.
이에따라 여야 및 무소속 후보들은 본격적으로 상대 후보들을 겨냥한 선거전략 등에 돌입하면서 선거전이 달아 오르고 있다.
