Jeju Community Chest, a leading charity, said yesterday that it would offer comforts equivalent to 150million to 1,3956 households within Jeju province in order to promote the nice and warm atmosphere greeting the lunar New Year´s Day.
It is planning to visit 2400 households right above the destitute and 300 foreign workers as well as 11,000 households receive basic livelihood cost.
1만여가구 위문품 전달
제주도 사회 복지 공동 모금회는 설을 맞아 훈훈한 사회 분위기 조성 차원에서 도내 1만 3956가구에 대해 1억 5000여만 원 상당하는 위문품을 전달키로 했다고 25일 밝혔다.
사회 복지 공동 모금회는 도내 기초생활수급자 1만 1000여 가구를 비롯해 차상위 계층 2400여 가구, 외국인 근로자 300여 명 등을 위문한다.
