Jeju City decided to place an early order for 80 percent of this year’s public construction works in order to revitalize the local business conditions.
These scales amount to 124billion worth of 172works of the 154.9billion worth of 180 works which constitute all public constructions of this year.
Among those large scale works over 5billion includes the expansion of East Tourist Highway(7.7billion), the establishment of the second bypass(6.1billion) and basic facilities for urban developments in Ido 2-dong area (12billion) and in public welfare town(10.6billion), and in the maintenance of recurrent flooded areas(6.6billion).
Jeju City is planning to create and manage ‘Promotion Committee for Early Construction Order’ led by the head of city construction department in or! der to promote its construction projects with precision.
제주시, 공공부문 건설공사 80% 조기발주
제주시는 지역경기 활성화를 위해 올해 공공부문 건설공사 중 80%를 상반기에 조기발주하기로 했다. 이는 전체 공공건설공사 180개 사업 1549억원 중 172개 사업 1240억원에 해당하는 규모다.
조기발주 대상 공사 중 50억원 이상 대형 사업을 보면 동부관광도로 확장사업(77억원), 제2도시우회도로 개설사업(61억원),이도2지구(120억원) 및 시민복지타운(106억원) 도시개발사업 기반시설공사, 한천 수해상습지 정비공사(66억원) 등이다. 제주시는 조기발주계획의 차질 없는 추진을 위해 오는 6일부터 도시건설국장을 총괄단장으로 하는 ‘조기발주 추진전담반’을 구성ㆍ운영할 예정이다.
