Violent destruction of democracy

Members of an organization of men once trained for special missions that included infiltrating North Korea for sabotaged and other operations charged into the offices of the New Progressive Party (Jinbosindang) and went about a violent commotion. For about twenty minutes they yelled about how they are going to “kill all the commies” and assaulted a female party member. One among these individuals was someone who was the joint committee chair of presidential candidate Lee Myung-bak’s special committee on security.

북파공작원과 특수부대 출신들의 모임인 특수임무수행자회라는 단체의 간부 등 일부 회원들이 그저께 밤 진보신당 당사에 난입했다. 이들은 20여분 “빨갱이들 다 죽이겠다”고 소리치면서 사무실에 있던 여성 당원 등을 마구 때렸다. 이 중 한 명은 이명박 대통령의 후보시절 안보특위 공동위원장을 지내기도 했다고 한다.
